This video is the first in a series where I read and comment on the Communist Party of the Philippines' text "Mass Work". It is essentially a 27 page excerpt from a Party handbook, explaining the importance of and correct way to conduct mass work in the Filipino context. It is an essential study for any Maoist organizer. Here is a link: http://www.massline.info/Philippines/masswork.htm
Also, support these local Saint Louis mutual aid collectives and organizations. Winter Outreach, Potbangerz and Center for People's Self Determination are grassroots organizations for serving the people all year round. All three of these organizations/collectives are constantly in need of funds, volunteers, and support. CPSD does a weekly grocery distribution and maintains three community gardens in North STL, along with working towards organizing mass community gardening workshops to teach working class Black people how to grow their own food, along with other useful skills. It will be conducting winter outreach/mutual aid this year as well. It is New Afrikan led, and I and many of my comrades locally support their work financially and materially. If you're in STL, I encourage you to volunteer. http://www.cpsdstl.squarespace.com/
Potbangerz is a grassroots organization founded by "Mama Cat" (Cathy Daniels) that conducts a variety of essential tasks, mainly assisting unhoused people (particularly New Afrikan women) with housing and serving the houseless healthy meals every week. I've been in Mama Cat's kitchen, she's a pillar of the community and a better Communist than 99% of the Left. https://www.potbangerz.org/
Winter Outreach is an all-volunteer collective of individuals who do whatever they can to prevent persons experiencing homelessness from dying on the streets of St. Louis during the frigid winter season.https://www.stlwinteroutreach.org/
